Smt. B. K. Shah Medical Institute & Research Centre is a rural-based constituent college of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University), located in Piparia, Vadodara, Gujarat. Established in 2003 with 150 MBBS seats, the institute gained recognition for its MBBS degree in 2008. It began postgraduate (PG) programs in 2009, which have expanded over time to 169 MD/MS seats. Additionally, super speciality (DM/MCh) courses are offered in five disciplines.

In 2022–23, MBBS intake increased to 250 seats. The attached Dhiraj Hospital, established in 2002, is a 1500+ bedded tertiary care teaching hospital, offering advanced clinical facilities for education and patient care.
